Aura cleanse for mama💕✨

As caregivers we don’t always perceive how much energy we give out on a daily basis. It’s a privilege to be able to look after our young, and bring Life into this world, however, replenishing our energy is so important! It might seem impossible to have time to yourself as a mom or caretaker, so I’ve decided to utilize the shower, because it’s typically something we do alone. A few minutes can make a huge impact on our longevity. Before I was a mommy, I was A Nanny, and it was my job weekly to look after the children of others and I would burn out constantly! Sometimes on an hourly basis! During those years, I learned to take some time for myself! Below is a practical technique that can help you with regulating your energy on overwhelming days ✌🏽💕✨ -Aura cleansing shower🚿 ✨ Put baby in a safe place! (I use LOVEVERY black & white pics to entertain my daughter until she falls asleep 😴 ✨Set the environment. You can turn the lights down, play music, light candles,etc… ✨ While you’re in the shower, say 3 things that you’re grateful for. ✨Say out loud 3 things that you handled like a boss bitch👏🏽💕(My personal favorite) ✨ Visualize the water washing off all of the stress and energy that does not belong to you. ✨Wine/ Kambucha / Juice/ Water (whatever you prefer)
