@Anaya you won't feel anything till you're at least 6weeks. You won't be positive till your 2week wait. Don't test, you'll drive yourself nuts. I did test the morning of my blood test and I got a faint line
Yes I'm 22 weeks pregnant now with twins and we had a single embryo transfer.

I know one lady that had a vanishing twin. Embryo spilt but twin did not continue to grow
