Fertility Journey
Hi everyone!
I’ve been on my fertility journey for my second baby since Summer of 2022 I have PCOS. After failed medicated cycles with my gyno I was sent to a fertility specialist. I’m currently going through all the procedures/testing, and I had an HSG done yesterday. After the procedure was finished they just kinda rushed me out of the room and had me wait to just be told they’d call me to school follow up. I have a sinking feeling we’re going to have bad news but it could be anxiety as well. This is all new to me so just waiting to hear back has been very stressful 🙃 thanks for hearing me out!

Nope they explained what was going on as they were doing the procedure but didn’t explain anything on the screen. Just said, “All done!” And left the room for me to change
Hang in there! 🩵 Sometimes no immediate news is good news! 😉 we went thru the same thing but ended up getting pregnant with our first baby after just taking time to work on ourselves and better understanding PCOS for me. 🤗

@Hannah that is definitely not how it should be done :( i’m chatting you on the side. Regardless HSG is said to have some therapeutic benefits. I hope you get news soon since you should’ve!

When you were getting the HSG they didn’t walk you through what you were seeing on the screen? You’re supposed to find out right then what is happening with your fallopian tubes. It’s a live US you can watch while they do it.
