Prep machine

So just done a descale on my Tommee tippee prep machine, done 2 cleans and then it flashed red and green and smells a bit like burning, now it won’t work at all and has no lights on😩 has this happened to anyone and can it be fixed😭

Hi @Laura were you able save the machine? The same thing has happened to me, I’m wondering if it’s safe to use (mine seems to be back to normal now)

Not helpful but I cleaned mine a few weeks ago and had the same thing. It just died. It's still dead now sitting on my kitchen side but I haven't really tried to fix it.
