Nausea comes and goes

Hello, I might be a bit overdramatic, and too worried... I experienced a chemical pregnancy and just got pregnant again a year later of my chemical. I am really worried as it's so early on and just pray it will be a successful one. I started to experience nausea very early on (earlier than missed period), and it lasted all day, and today it's just gone... mind I was working every day and today I have a day off, so I'm really just resting, but is it normal for it to completly disappear? I don't have any other symptoms ( no bleeding, no cramps or pains)...
