Contraception 🩷

Hello M-bracers 😊 Many people seem to think that it's unnecessary to carry on with contraception through perimenopause or that HRT itself provides contraception. But you do, and it doesn't! If you're not wanting a pregnancy, then please do make sure that you know what's what when it comes to contraception. This factsheet from Women's Health Concern (continued in comments below) tells you pretty much everything that you need to know...
