Ovulation testing help
Hi everyone! I have been testing my LH surge monthly, my LH surge seems to be lower some months and some months higher. Is it normal to see a LH high of .51? Possible that I’m not ovulating on these months?
Also, once you have a peak LH surge, is it best to have sex that night or the next night? We try to have sex every night in that 7 day window, but sometimes we aren’t able to get to it.

This month, I think I waited too late in the day to take the test on day 13 as I wasn’t able to take the test earlier so unsure if that was my peak day or not
Yup that looks like what happened!
It’s about also what your body is telling you. You could have had your peak on cd12 or 13
make sure you wait to log the test until the strip behind the lines is fully white, not pink at all. also the ratios are just estimates, you may have to go in and manually adjust them for lighting differences. im fairly certain as long as you have a peak, thats what’s important but im not totally sure ive also heard sperm quality is better if you only have sex every other day!
