Not sure if this is helpful but I did a modified natural cycle that started with no PIO, but then it got added. I was on 200 mg suppositories 3x/day starting at ovulation and through 5w6d. I had asked for a repeat beta because I had been experiencing heavy cramping and they also took my P4 levels at that appt. My P4 levels had dipped from a consistent 21 to 17 so they decided they wanted to add in 1 ml PIO injection every other day on top of my suppositories.
At 7w6d, I had very heavy bleeding with a sizeable blood clot and was diagnosed with a subchorionic hemorrhage and they upped my PIO to 1.5ml daily and I’ve been on that since and will continue to the end of 10 weeks.
