What fertility clinics would you recommend in London

Hello, My husband and I have not been fortunate with our IVF cycles. We have had 3 failed ones and in only one cycle did we have one mature embryo that didn't implant. I feel a bit frustrated with my current clinic because I feel they are not on top of things and not really individualising my treatment. I would like to change for this last try since our finances are depleting and would like to go a bit further in the process than we have already. I would love to have more fertilised eggs to continue trying with and not end up with one or none. I want somewhere where the doctors pay more attention and really look into your case so when you tell them you are bleeding they don't go silent on you. Which fertility clinics would you recommend that have a good success rates? Also, has anyone been able to improve embryo quality and what did you do? I have low AMH, and poor egg quality and I have only had one mature egg in all the cycles and that was in the last cycle where we collected eight eggs. I have tried diets, supplements and I am running out of ideas. My doctors say I cannot do anything to change the quality but I still read stories of people improving. Please help. We pay privately and presently at Guys-ACU.

If you're wiling to travel a bit I can't recommend Manchester Fertility Clinic enough. Great prices and packages and great staff. Got pregnant on the first transfer, they have a higher success rate too. With travel and accommodation it was cheaper than Glasgow

@Jordan thank you. At this point honestly, I can travel anywhere

It was well worth it for us to be honest!

Like @Jordan If you're willing to travel, have a look at St Jude's Women's Hospital in Wolverhampton. We were successful with them and I also did fertility based acupuncture.

I was NHS at Guys and felt exactly the same. I honestly felt my time and embryos were wasted there. Im now with London Womens Clinic who are so lovely. Couldn’t recommend them more. Ive not had a transfer yet but got double the amount of eggs and embryos. Wish you all the best 💛

Hi everyone, Does anyone have any opinion on create fertility clinic? We are paying privately and I don't want to miss this chance. I have high AMH, uterus healthy at the moment but partner needs SSR...that's why IVF+ICSI

@Bec Good to know. Wish you all the best as well.

For recurrent failure and changing clinics the best clinics will be: The Evewell, CRGH or ARGC these are the most tailored clinics to the individual. We went with IVI london who I can also recommend - it worked 3rd time after a lot of tests and changes etc but I did have to do a lot of my own research and advocate for myself a lot but I think that is needed everywhere really. Everyone will normally recommend the clinic where it worked for them but that is not always the best as some people are pretty straightforward cases. When you’ve had multiple failures it is different. If we had failed again I would have moved to one of the three clinics I mentioned above. The Lister is also meant to be good. Have been doing ivf for three years and on all these forums for at least that long etc and finally pregnant so I’m more than happy to help xxx

@Bec thank you for sharing. I thought I was just being too needy and then I hear how people have their doctors on speed dial and the many tests they do to find out what is going on and I feel cheated.

@Charlie thank you for sharing. I will check them out. I will reach out privately for more information. I want to know how to better advocate for myself and know what research I can lean on to improve my chances.

I have found London womens clinic have really paid attention to failed transfers and have organised lots of tests for me to help understand what’s been going wrong. It definitely feels like they are paying attention to me and they care x

The Evewell are fantastic xx

Hi, I changed my diet and was away from all chemicals and used only natural products and mainl organic food. I stopped to drink coffee and my husband changed his diet as well. My egg count increased only a but but it is the first time that my embryo implanted, currently 11 weeks pregnant.

I am having a good experience at CRGH.

We have been at three different clinics in London and followed our consultant from our 2nd to 3rd clinic. I think for us it was about finding the right consultant who was willing to look at different treatments, new research etc. on that basis, I would recommend Dr Farahani at the lister at the Portland clinic. I would research things and send to her in advance we could have good conversations about what might work and be changed for the next attempt. We really appreciated her support and adaptability to our changing situation. Good luck. X

Have you had any luck finding another clinic? I feel in a similar situation, low amh and been with ARGC almost a year. 1 cancelled cycle and 1 ovulation induction that didn’t work. Looking also for something more tailored. 🙏
