@Jade thank you sooo much for responding. PCOS is so hard to decipher as you know! Just helpful to have another set of eyes. I definitely feel like the medication makes my levels look differently. I’m not really getting monitored very much right now (doing this thru my OB versus fertility) so I am just going to trust my gut that I’m about to ovulate, tomorrow with a double peak as you mentioned. Thanks again!
I use the clear blue ovulation test and I’ve just had the flashing smiley which indicates rise in estrogen, but no static smiley for my LH peak yet ☹️ I’m very confused though cause I can feel myself ovulating and yesterday was having intense ovulation pain which made me think I did. I guess LH levels can be lower some cycles so the tests don’t pick it up but you can still ovulate 🤷🏼♀️
@Laura so weird! Yes it’s crazy sometimes I feel like the months I have “felt ovulation pain” too, it may very well be something else because those are the months I may not have ovulated ha. Anyways thanks for the response and good luck to you! Are you doing letrozole now?
@Katie no I am currently not on any medications at the moment. My OB wants me to go a little longer before taking any further steps but it’s been 10 months of trying now and I’m 35 so only 2 more months then I’m going to go to a fertility clinic and start
Hey Katie. Ive used Mira for three years. Since starting Letrozole I stopped using and go purely off of my blood work now as I found some variance in my readings to bloods. when I was using Mira I always got a peak in e3g a day or two before my LH peak, followed by another e3g peak. I also found that some months when I had a lower LH surge Mira wouldn’t pick it up as it was lower than their set baseline - however I’d get pdg rises to confirm ovulation. If the same happens with you, judging by your chart you may have ovulated on CD15 or be about to ovulate.
