Ovulation Test?

I haven’t had a consistent cycle in almost a year since getting off birth control. We’ve been trying for a baby for almost a year as well, nothing yet. I got these Premom ovulation tests at the recommendation of my gynecologist and it says no ovulation peak but I feel like this one circled would be a “peak”? I don’t know. Currently negative pregnancy test this morning so I guess it’s not this month but I’m confused on the ovulation test? I don’t have confirmed pcos but I strongly suspect, I need advice on conceiving I guess!
