Swaddle up?

I’ve heard good things about the Love To Dream Swaddles, I have a 2 month old who doesn’t sleep well. I’m considering buying one but it seems weird to me that their arms are stuck upward? Thoughts on swaddling babies arms upwards? Thoughts on those specific swaddles?

My baby loved the love to dream swaddle! But at around 2.5 months we actually transitioned her into the zippadee zip and she sleeps even better in that! Highly recommend it

My LO loves them!

Love the love to dream! Defs recommend. My bubs also loves to suck on the arms/wings haha, so it's good for self soothing too

Of what I read it helps with allowing baby to continue with the natural startle reflex to a degree and helps to teach them to soothe. My little guy hated it. He hates being saddled in any way. He’s breaks out of them or screams and tries until you let him out. I found/find it easier to wait 5 -10 minutes after he falls asleep to put him down, hold his arms and keep his arms in the position he wants them for a minute and it helps to settle his startle reflex.

Our baby loves the SwaddleUp. That's how her hands were in almost every sono image too. She's also comfortable with her arms down because we use a SNOO swaddle every night for her bassinet (the equivalent of the Sleepea swaddle). If you look up Dr. Karp and the 5 s's, you'll see some info about why swaddling works so well for babies. It's all a matter of which your baby prefers!

Love to dream swaddle saved my sanity
