We give a liquid multivitamin daily just to make sure he has all the necessary nutrients he needs for proper growth and development. It's nearly impossible to actually feed them the variety and amount of foods daily for them to get what they need (despite best efforts you just never know how much or what the baby will decide to eat each day).
Elderberry syrup!!!!!! Find a small business to buy from. I recommend fairyelderberry on instagram. It’s all natural and great for immunity protection
Yes. I started giving them around 5 months into daycare, and I wish I'd started sooner. I was having to take off about once a month or more due to sickness from her, then me catching her sickness. Haven't had to take off since. Not sure if that's due to her having built the immune system in the first 5 months there or from taking vitamins or from her not putting literally everything in her mouth anymore, but I'm so thankful she seems healthier now!
