We got a babysitter to come to our home and mind the baby full time 9-5 since she was 9 months old. It was difficult at first but it’s been great for us as a family. I can focus on work during work hours and then be present with the baby once I’m done. She will start going to crèche soon so I’m kind of worried about how she’ll adjust in a new environment outside of home, but I’ve heard that kids start getting comfortable quickly. It’s just us parents who need more time feeling ok with being away from them😅
7 months full time he is 2 now he goes pre school next year , he loves nursery so much and they absolutely adore him . I feel he enjoys it so much and every morning he runs wake up and say let’s go mummy nursery time so that smile makes me know it was the best decision xx
6 months with a nanny. it’s expensive but we learned a lot from her, being a mom herself. yes to the not seeing her enough but it’s become more difficult to work from home as her naps decreased. we are planning for daycare when she is 2.5 (currently 2).
My son was almost 2.5 when he started bc we couldn't afford it b4. I work from home and had him but he was getting to be too much and I couldn't take him outside bc he wouldn't want to come back in when it's time. He can't talk yet so another barrier. However it's done wonders for him, not talking yet but getting close we feel and the socialization he gets is so great. He's there from 7:30-5:30 .
