Too much weight loss
I'm so sorry if this post triggers anybody. It's not my intention to do so.
Before I got pregnant, I always struggled to put on weight. I was at my heaviest of 116 pounds when I found out I was expecting. I gained enough weight while pregnant and absolutely loved how my body looked. Well, after I gave birth I lost all of that extra weight within the first month. I am a breastfeeding momma, so I knew I would lose some weight.
6 months later, I'm now down to 105 pounds. I hate how skinny I am. I did talk to my doctor about it and medically I'm healthy. I'm just not taking in enough calories.
Can anybody help me at least reach my pre- baby weight? Maybe tell me how you find the time to eat with a baby who loves to be held and all the chores that need to be done? I'm at a loss...
I struggled with my calorie intake as well. Definitely taking the time to prep snacks / meal prep is a game changer! The easier the stuff is to grab… the more likely I am to eat it. Not to mention… I buy big boxes of protein shakes from Costco. Those have down so much!
