Mom guilt?

I'm so frustrated, I want to quote my job more than anything but we just can't afford for me too. I don't have responsible childcare. I HATE the way my sister cares for my 8 month old. It is not the way I want done but she is my only child care option. There are no daycares in my area taking infants even if I wanted to put her in daycare. Even then that also gives me anxiety. I just want to cry and throw up. I'm so overwhelmed.
