Post-birth pants?

Assuming things go to plan and I have a natural birth, I've heard that incontinence pads are best for afterwards but which ones would you recommend? (UK) and what size? I'm currently floating around sizes 8-12 so not sure how that translates to pants! I've got some of the Lil let's maternity pads and Frida underwear but I can't stand pads usually and want to feel as comfortable and secure as possible!! Tips welcome!

I ordered some pants with the padding inside from Mum Bub Hub think they were 7.95 for 6 and they had some really good reviews. Haven’t tried them yet but worth a look x

Honestly the pants are the best thing ever. I have tenna lady ones. My little November baby turned up 8 weeks early so I am now 5/6 days postpartum and lived in these pants. I tried a pad and got annoyed after an hour with it x

Yes the Always discreet boutique are amazing. Also FYI you bleed even after a C section so birth method maked no difference. Highly recommend the pants instead of pads though.

@Caz yeah I realise that, I just meant I know you can get specific underwear etc suitable for after a C-section so those suggestions wouldn't necessarily be relevant to me at the moment! Thank you, definitely favouring the pants at the moment! x

@Levi ah OK no worries! You would be suprised how many ladies didnt realise you can still bleed after a C section though thats all🙈. Yes defo much more comfortable and secure feeling than pads though.
