Hot flushes
I'm 38+4 and for the last week or so I keep getting hot flushes, occasionally followed by nausea. I don't have a high temperature, so it's not that I'm ill. Just wondering if this is normal?

@Eleanor my last pregnancy was about 6 years ago, so I also can't remember 😅 I feel like a FTM all over again haha

I’m getting that sometimes too, especially in the car yesterday. I’m 38+1. I assume it’s normal but I don’t remember if I felt like it last time or not, it was 7 and a half years ago though!
