Yeah I'm gonna use this havnt bought it yet though so no idea, I presume the instructions are on box if not sterilising same way I will the bottles using Milton x

Measure out your boiling water for the feed in the bottle then leave an oz in the bottle (this acts as your hot shot) and the rest of the water in the rapid cool and add the formula to the hot shot and then when the water has cooled in the rapid cool add it back to the bottle. Hope this makes sense. That way you don’t have to sterilise the rapid cool as it’s only had water in x
