Rash and poo, could this be CMPA

I am suspecting CMPA with my little girl and currently waiting for her stool sample results to come back from the GP to rule out any bugs/infection causing blood and mucus in stool that has been evident in her poo for about a week. She has developed these spots 4 days ago that have slowly increased/gotten worse. Along with other symptoms such as frequent poos of 6+ a day, changing in consistency sometimes diarrhoea like, some have had streaks of blood some thick mucus like seen in the photo below. Other symptoms: -restlessness -bad wind sometimes causing discomfort -flaky dry skin around lower forehead and eyebrows -grunting noises and sounding congested at times -reflux/spit up of milk -hiccups and coughing during/after feeds
