2 moves that helped for our boy when he was very bubbly and screaming were: - holding under the arms (supporting neck/head as ours is only 6wks), then lift them up high reasonably rapidly with the legs dangling. When you bring them back down try to sit them on your legs or tummy so their legs scrunch up. It helps move the stomach and intestines about by stretching and squishing them to move the bubbles. - sit them on your leg (with their legs either side of yours is easiest, head support with hands as needed). Rock them back and forth (to about 45degrees each way) a few times and then do a few big circles with them at about the same angle. You are basically only moving their torso and using their bum as a pivot point. Repeat a few times. Again this helps moves the bubbles around so they can get out easier. If nothing else they are 2 more moves to add to your arsenal and are often good for after feeds and baby stays mostly upright instead of lying down like they would for bicycle legs and tummy massage.
We have the same issue and we’ve been reccomended probiotic drops! We haven’t tried them yet but we plan to!
My little one is the same I have been using Dentinox as can use from birth. Have you tried feeding more upright and winding during the feed. I think my little one might have reflux and he screams suring the feed.
