Food to keep acid reflux away

Hi ladies, can anyone recommend any food that keeps acid reflux away? I am a massive foodie and I’m really struggling at week 27 it seems to be worse than ever and I’m so put off eating.

I’ve heard what foods/other things to avoid, such as chocolate and rich/fatty foods but not sure what foods help it! Oh and apparently peppermint tea can inflame it

Dairy helps soothe it, cream for example, yogurt.

Avoid acid, spicy, and fasty food.

I’ve got to a point where I’ve found it doesn’t matter what I eat the reflux is beyond awful, but apparently smaller portions more regularly can help as it’s partially to do with lack of space where our stomachs are all squished up and getting squashed

If you’re not against med get Omeprazole prescribed whilst medication is free I take one 10mg tablet a day and I don’t get acid at all anymore and I definitely don’t steer away from trigger foods 🤣
