Gripe water use
Is gripewater for every day use?
I use infacol before feeds but think it made my boy constipated so tried some gripewater tonight and he had a poo explosion very shortly after.
If gripe water is effective for wind I’d swap the infacol for that but is it ok to be used that much? Don’t want to swap constipation for diarrhoea.

I use most feeds, I put teaspoon in his milk as formula fed. I asked my Dr 2 weeks ago she said it’s fine for every use as it’s natural ingredients (bar a couple). She seemed to think there’s no evidence that or anything else works for wind/colic but a happier boy when he was having gripe water tell me different haha
