Exercise during IVF stims

I’m on day 9 of stims today and would love to know what types of exercises you all have done to stay active during this process without risking ovarian torsion. So far, I’ve tried cycling (Peloton) and upper body workouts with modifications. Any other fitness fiends out there that have navigated this? :)

I practiced yoga throughout my IVF stims and walked every evening for about 2 to 3 miles.

I kept up with walking and everything else was too much for me. I think it really is listening to your body.

I’ll try yoga and walking, thank you all for the suggestions! ☺️ What about really careful reverse lunges or upper body exercises? I feel like I’ve not been moving much lately and it’s hard to tell if some of the symptoms (digestive) are a result of that rather than the medications
