Anyone one else freaking out no Baby Shower Registry gifts yet?!

Some people might have been waiting for this payday and will buy in a couple of days, or might prefer to buy in person :)
I haven't set up a baby shower at all because I have no family left and my husband still hasn't told his family. So we are having to dish out our own money unless we can find decent stuff for free on offer up.
@Monica I’m sorry to hear this, FHCSD has a baby boutique they can help you with diapers and stuff check them out 💕 i know it’s not much but a little help goes a long way Hopefully if he does tell them they plan you a surprise one 🙏🏼
A lot of people didn’t get gifts until a week or two before the shower, in my case. I live in the UK, but I’m from the U.S. and came back to have a baby shower with my friends and family. Some people bought off of the registry and sent to my place in the UK and some people just bought something cute and brought it as a gift to the shower. Either way, I was extremely grateful for my friends and family who came and gave gifts, no matter what it was!
I think most people just aren’t shopping that far ahead of time!

Same here! I’ve only had people who can’t make it buy stuff from the registry but most others still haven’t gotten us anything yet. I am guessing/hoping more people buy stuff as it gets closer to the shower! It’s still 1.5 months away so I figure it’s probably too early.
I was freaked out for my bridal shower, 3 weeks before not a single gift was bought, everyone just waited until the last minute
@Somie I’m glad at least those that can’t make it have bought things! I think I’m just overthinking and anxious 😅
@Jacqueline i have very little success with my wedding one 😅 but I also made the majority of my family travel so I was more hopeful with hosting it in their city to avoid this
Sometimes people buy without marking it bought on registry or buy a similar product
