This happened to my baby with the Kokoso - I washed her head and then put the Kokoso on once she was out the bath and it always went red initially. Woke up the next day and was fine though, and it really helped clear ours up! X
I just used a little child’s farm shampoo, let it soak for about 5 mins, then gave it a massage with the shuggle rubber brush. Was gone in less than a week x
