Bent nails
Hi all.
My nails have started to just bent after having the baby. I am taking my breastfeeding vitamins from Pregnacare plus iron tablets.
Does anyone know what it could be or did it happen to someone else?

I have it too.... But I am the least healthy I have ever been right now. I don't eat fruit or veg and I'm barely drinking water, my intake of crisps and sweets is through the roof so that's what I imagined mine was
