@Elizabeth when i was moving in a certain way. Other than that it was the same. I will look up if there are any near me ( I live in a small town ): )
If I remember correctly you're not supposed to have sex until 2 months pp. I waited 3 months to be safe and I didn't even rip. If you ripped, this could be a reason, but definitely bring it up with your ob/physician..
@Nanni I’m 10 weeks post partum and got the go for it by my doctor
Gotcha, you should still go on the very gentle side to be safe.. you gotta think, you're little lady went through hell of alot for a bit there.. it may not be anything to worry about if its just spotty and light colored.. The way my anxiety is set up, I'd atleast call if it were me.
It’s normal. We aren’t as moist as we was before the baby. Use lubricant
@Geneva funny because I feel the complete opposite! More “moist” now than ever before in my life🫣😂
@Chloe Not 5 years ago it wasn't.. I'll stick to what I know. These new age doctors are slow 👍🏼
@Shay lol I wish I did. I feel bad having to use lubricant lol
Was the sex painful? I’ve had lots of bleeding and a little bleeding with post partum sex. I started with pelvic floor physio and they told me to do reverse kegels not kegels because my pelvic floor had too much tension. I would suggest seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist if you can - it’s often covered :)
