I’ve done personalised pot plants this year that will have my sons hand print on them. I’m an early childhood educator myself and know that they will be grateful for the acknowledgment what ever you give. For me I just loved the Christmas cards that had heartfelt messages in them
First year I gave little hand cream gift packs (shaving cream for the guy). I gave a box of Krispy Kreme’s to share last year. This year I think I’ll bake some Xmas themed cookies with my son. I also usually give a box of chocolates or cherries or something that can be shared in the staff room because there’s also the float educators, cook, director, office admin etc

We only have 2 daycare teachers so I'm just getting them a bunch of flowers each - $10 or so - because they get so much given to them over the years.
