Possible trigger

So on Tuesday I had a blood test at the ER because of light spotting/bleeding my hcg was 115 point something and then on Friday I went back because the bleeding has changed from a like purplish pink to a red they did another blood test and a pelvic exam. My hcg came back as 63 and they said during my pelvic exam my cervix was closed and very high but that I'm beginning to have a miscarriage. Fast forward to today I haven't started passing any clots, I haven't had my bleeding get any heavier and I'm crampy but nothing super crazy, has anyone had this happen to them? What was their experience? I would've been about 5-6 weeks on Friday unsure because of irregular periods.

First of all, I’m so sorry you’re going through this. It took me about a week after I suspected of a miscarriage to actually begin miscarrying. Sometimes the body doesn’t know it fully so you won’t fully miscarry until some time afterwards Check in with your doctor & also take a pregnancy test to see if it’s still detecting a positive line Your doctor might offer you a pill to help the miscarriage to begin

@Patty I've had so many that I thought my body would know what to do but this time feels and is being so different than any of my past miscarriages or even my ectopic they did say they wanted me to go somewhere to be retested in a week to make sure it levels out but I'm so confused as why I haven't even started passing clots and why the bleeding is slowing down as it has never done this in the past ( I have a 8 month old daughter but have been pregnant now 7 times)(2 miscarriages were twins)
