Waking baby to give calpol?

This probably sounds like a stupid question but my girl had her 8 week jabs this afternoon, we gave her calpol straight after at 15:40, then again at 20:00. It’s next due at midnight but she’s settled to sleep now.. should I wake her to give her the 3rd calpol dose to prevent fever or just leave her and give it again when she wakes up? Thanks!

I was told to not wake baby up for it as Most babies usually don’t sleep longer than 6 but depends on your lo :)

Wait until they wake up next ans give it them then

Thanks guys! She ended up waking half an hour ago anyway. Think I’m going to be in for a long night 😅

I know she's a woken up but just to mention so people can read this and be aware. I would have 100% fed her Calpol when due to prevent a fever before it comes on. There is every possibility of a febrile seizure when a fever comes on quickly, my daughter had one and ever since we keep ahead on meds! Not trying to fear monger just hoping to help someone out because I absolutely didn't think this could happen before it did. She is fine now just fyi x
