Spritz for Bits on c section scar
Did anyone use this on their c section incision, and did it help healing / pain? If so, how long post partum did you use it, was it a matter of days?
If not, is there any other sprays recommended that helps healing and prevent infection?

I personally used nothing and tbh didn’t feel the need for anything x
I used nothing on both my section scars and I’m now 1 year on and you can hardly see it ☺️ I wouldn’t bother as nothing is better x

I started using it after a week and it helped massively! Midwife told me she hasn’t seen a scar heal like mine did and asked me what I was using on it! Also helped massively with the pain You’re not supposed to spray it on a fresh open wound so definitely leave it a few days to a week before using and let it air dry if you can if not dab it with cotton wool I wasn’t going to use anything but it was stinging so much I needed something and this was the best thing I could find on the internet
