Play dates?

Hi there, I’m a 37yr old mommy looking to meet new friends for my son and I. He doesn’t have cousin or friends near his age besides us going to Gymboree. He has a speech delay and would love for him to interact with others near his age. Would love to hang out and go to the park for a walk or something. My son is 22 months and we live in Torrance but willing to drive to meet friends too. Thanks for reading ladies!
