Reliable babysitter

Wondering how to find a reliable babysitter in my area? My daughter is 2, and I think my husband and I are finally comfortable with trying to hire an external individual to take care of our daughter so we can start having date nights again… we need them 😅! Please tell me where and how you find someone?!!
