Head is bigger than body

I went in for my ultrasound and the baby’s head was measuring 22 weeks 5 days and I was 20 weeks 5 days, body was on normal track. Anybody else had this? Did you end up having to have a c section?

It's normal for the head to be bigger than the body at this point. At one point it makes up 50% of the baby's body length. It will even out.

That was my daughter. 😭😭 When she was born I had to have 15 stitches and her head was in the 98 percentile while her body was in like the 25 percentile.

@Christina omg was is HC Or BPD Or Both measuring big? My sons hc is almost 50 percentile while bpd is measuring 90 percentile and his weight and stomach is 86 percentile his femur is 35 percentile this was a week ago and weighing 1.5 pounds 23 weeks I’m now 24 weeks

@Katie Rodrigez Head circumference was I’m not sure what her bpd was. They said she was fine and had nothing wrong with it being so big cause both her father and I had big heads as babies. My mom had to have 82 stitches when she had me… 😬

They predicted my son will be 8 pounds by the time I give birth. I went for my anatomy scan at 20 weeks and my baby is measuring more towards the 22 week mark
