Nappies 👶🏼

We currently use Pampers nappies on our baby girl which we haven’t had any issues with so far, they’ve been great! However we are trying to find a cheaper alternative but we’re not sure which ones to go for. We shop at Tesco but are willing to go to different shops to buy nappies so could I please hear peoples recommendations? I’ve heard lots of mixed things online regarding different brands so I’m struggling to decide on which ones to switch to. Thank you 😊

aldi! can’t fault them! wipes too! so cheap and have only had 2 blow outs in 6 weeks (which were 100% my fault)

I think I've tried every type for my 7 week old apart from Aldi and Tesco and Pampers is the only brand that works for her. Boots were a close 2nd though. Aldi made her bum all sore. Asda we're very thin. Sainsbury's seemed small. Morrisons leaked (was gutted about this one because I work there so would have got discount 😩) x

Aldi or Asda both have been great for my lo!

I changed from pampers to aldis but now using tescos. I find tesco fit better than Aldi (size 2) x

I use Tesco own brand Fred&Flo can't fault them. Had issues with pampers and Fred&Flo are price matched with Aldi

100% recommend the aldi mamia nappies , great price and quality

Aldi and Lidl for me!

I use the Tesco Flo and Fred brand and they have actually been amazing, no leakages (yet) unlike Pampers!! And a fraction of the price

Aldi mamia- my little one had rashes from pampers we tried for 3 weeks it was hell red. Tried mamia from Aldi it feels so nice for her bum and also it is 1/10th the price of pampers. She is now 11 weeks and have been using that only- I gave away the whole lot of pampers.

We use Tescos Fred and flo for our little boy. Can’t fault them ☺️

Ive used pampers for the first couple of months with both my boys, then switched to Aldi’s. I’m only still using pampers this time around as I’m working through a stash we got as a present, I would have already switched to Aldi if we were buying them!

Tesco work for us! We also used Eco by Naty but they can be pricey also. We do swap and change sometimes

Aldi are the best imo x

I absolutely stand by pampers however my friend got my on to F&F and can’t fault them. I use them during the day and even night times and we’ve had no leakages, rashes or any issues. Pampers & F&F are our go to now (size 2 for reference) x

Aldi or I found the Asda own brand great x

Aldi are the best in my opinion xx

Aldi, Lidl and Tesco's Fred&Flow have been the best for us so far

Tried all of them except Lidl. Asda were bad for leaking. Sainsbury’s seem small. Aldi and Tesco are my go to

Lidil are our fav's xx

We love pampers. I used every brand with my little boy - asda, Lidl, aldi, tesco and he leaked through them all. Pampers only brand he doesn't leak and kind on his skin too.

Tesco own. I’ve just switched to them this week and yet to have any issues x

Aldi x

For us nothing beats Aldi. Tried all of them and didn’t have rashes issues, but Aldi fit well, they don’t leak and they’re comfy too. And cheap and cheerful 😅

I use Tesco own Fred and flo they are cheap and amazing , I tried mamia nappy’s from Aldi but I found they would leak and cause nappy rash a lot xx

Sainsbury’s have always been the best for me. But someone said to me it depends on your babies body shape how good they fit. People swear by Lidl’s but they were awful for us. Try them all they’re only cheap

Aldi are 100% my fave! Or the Asda own ones are good too:)

Aldi mamia are great for smaller sized we’ve recently changed to asdas little angels

Thank you everyone, I really appreciate your comments! It’s interesting hearing everyone’s opinions. I’ve added some of the Tesco ones onto our shopping delivery this week so I’ll try those out first, if they are rubbish then I think I’ll try the Aldi’s nappies too. I love pampers but with how pricey they are and how many we go through we just wanted to find a cheaper alternative. Fingers crossed the Tesco ones do the job 😂

Sainsburys!! Affordable and never had an issue with them

I have 3 children and over the years have used pampers Tesco Aldi and asda little angels and not had a problem with any. I think aslong as they fit right your ok xxx

I like boots

We used pampers and Aldi, aldis were loads cheaper and held his wee more but didn’t feel as soft! Now we’ve been using Sainsbury’s and they have the best absorption we’ve found and feel soft like pampers. Plus they are Aldi price match so win win!

We swear by little angels

We have been using pampers as he’s newborn but have recently bought a pack of Aldi’s and they’ve been great. No issues! X

I have used Fred&Flow! Never had a problem. I also wanted to use pampers but they’re just too damned expensive! X

If pampers work, keep them for nighttime when the nappy usually stays on longer and needs to be a better fit :) My little girl has all brands so far, and they've been fine. We got a lot handed down from friends with babies 2-4 months older.
