Is it actually EW (egg white) CM? Or by thick do you mean like white/creamy? The white/creamy CM is from the increased progesterone after you ovulate. At 6pdo it would just be due to ovulation, not early pregnancy. But it is still a good sign of a strong ovulation. So that's something to be optimistic about.

Hi couple of weeks ago my tests were negative then I had small bleed for 2 days ,not a lot then it stopped so thought it was my period . Today my knickers are quite wet more than normal and today everytime I wipe its brown .any ideas ladies why .I'm not in any pain and no blood .I'm freaking out as never had this before .

@Kirstie could have been implantation? Or possible sign period is coming. Or it could be ovulation bleed

Have you taken a test recently? There's a chance that wasn't a period. Also, how did you confirm ovulation? Perhaps your days are just off?

My test this morning is negative ,no faint line so dunno wots going on now

The month I tested positive I had ewcm 5-8 dpo
