Also ask to see their certifications and ask regarding holidays. Do you pay them in full for their holidays and how many days do they require per year

My sisters a child minder and here's what she said: What ages of children are already in their setting? Do they provide nappies and wipes or do you bring them? Do they do meals/snacks or do you provide them? Do you get messages each day or once a week with pictures of activities kind of thing? What local places do they take the children? What's their late policy? Whats their sickness policy? When do they not work (things like half terms etc)
