I was told by a lactation consultant that I should look for bottles that have a wide nipple. She said the "traditional" shape ones are too long and easier to drink from than to breastfeed so babies end up preferring to feed from them and that's what gets dubbed "nipple confusion"

I am using different types of glass bottles ! Idk what she’ll like but there are different brands that offer glass bottles lined with plastic to prevent shattering:). I’ve bought advent and chicco bottles

@Annie do u like these and can you still use a bottle warmer? My sil is getting these for me

I have Three children already and pregnant with my 4th. I never used glass bottles. Are they better? I plan on breast feeding with this baby so I was just thinking about wide nipples bottles .

We used the dr brown options+ narrow bottles. I was told by my lactation consultant that it's harder for babies to get a correct latch on wider bottles 🤷‍♀️ I breastfed and bottle fed/pumped the whole time and never had any problems.

MAM are favorite but dad likes the comotomo bottles
