Kendamil is quite rich so it could be the formula, it could be silent reflux maybe? If you think it’s maybe colic, there’s medicines for that to kendamil do a comfort formula that’s for colic and constipation! I feel like it’s all so trial and error!xx
It could be a little intolerance or allergy , I’d speak to health visitor or gp to see what they think x
Definitely don’t switch anything before speaking to someone , it’s so hard seeing them in pain but you want to make sure your switching to right thing x
I would seek advice from health visitor initially My little boy was on kendamil from birth, but was showing signs of tummy ache after feeding and had explosive green watery poo HV suggested milk allergy, so tried him on allergy milk from GP and it was much better I did lots of research and switched to HIPP organic to try the milk challenge. I reintroduced it and he's been perfect since. HIPP is semi skimmed, whereas kendamil is whole milk, which some babies struggle to digest. HIPP also has pre and probiotics 😊
I would recommend trying a different formula because my LB was on Cow&gate and he was the same, so we switched him to Kendamil and he now is such a happy boy. Every baby is different and sometimes babies don’t agree with certain milks. Also it sounds like he has trapped wind so maybe try some gripe water or colic drops also just to help him out.
