What to do next?

I just don’t know what to do next… I’ve taken a bit of a break, hoping for natural in the mean time. I turned to my GP in April and she’s suggested HRT & so waiting for a referral (I have been going private previously). Private consultant told me to go for a hycosy just to make sure tubes are ok as my chances with IVF are as low as natural. I take all the supplements, I do acupuncture. Will HRT help?
