Daycare for 12 hr shifts?

Hey guys I’m a nurse and I’m wondering is there anyone else that works 12+ hrs that has found daycare in this area? I feel really stuck because I don’t have any family to watch my child for that long and most of my job consists of 12+ hr shifts. What is everyone else doing? My baby is only 6 months now 😔

Same situation here. Have you looked into hiring a nanny? I would recommend sittercity.com or even care.com . If not, maybe baby can go to daycare for most of the day and your family could watch him after they close . Most daycares close at 6:30pm

And also, social services has a list of all licensed daycares on their website and you can see any violations they have accrued
