Has anyone used the Doona

My sister had a doona and loved it… except for when my nephew got too big for it before he was even 8 months old… they come with the infant insert seats as well. She recommended it for me. For the people I have met with one here are their reviews: I use to do Uber and one of my riders had one. She said she loved it. She love how simple it is to convert it, she didn’t need a stroller and a car seat it was all in one and as a mother of two it help simplify her load when booking her Ubers because she could just have the stroller and baby bag and then hit the button and convert it. She said it wasn’t heavy and I watched her break it down and pick it up… seems pretty easy to me just by looking. Guy I met in Walmart says: Ma’am get you one! It will save you a lot of time and it’s easy to use. Couple I just met at the arcade said: one of the best products they purchased for their son and he was 8 months in it. To be continued…..

I have been doing a lot of research on them because I am a single mom who wants moving around to be simple with less stuff as possible. I have learned there are different types of Doonas… to me the X is better because you are able to extend the seat out to give the child more room, the cover is longer… the wheels are different but that’s about it… Temu even have doonas but I call them boonas lol…. The reviews on there speak for themselves. My sister told me before I spend 400-500 on a doona check market place just in case my baby grows out of it too fast. I have found people selling brand new ones for under $300.00. Temu Boona is about 180-200.00 comes in different colors and they do the same thing as the doona.

Sorry for the long comments but I hope this helps a lot. I see a lot of people with them and I always stop them and ask them what their thoughts on it. Everyone has told me it’s a must have and I will be thankful I have one.

I have one and to me not worth it! It’s so heavy bc of the wheels and my baby is now 7 months and I want something else. I feel like it’s good for newborn stage and maybe first few months but then they get heavy and it’s so expensive to only use it for like 3 months. Definitely look into other brands. It’s overhyped.
