@Mikaila that’s the exactly the same as my baby. Fingers crossed it works, do let us know if you can. It’s just so sad to see him like that 😭. It has definitely made the whilst pimples on it go away, but redness is still there. Maybe I have to keep trying it

@Rosie oh really. My baby’s acne did get quite bad before I started using this so I’m not entirely sure if it was already that bad or if using the Mustela water did actually make it worse
I'm not sure I like it either. I find her face goes really red after initially using it and I wouldn't say her acne has improved as it's still all over her face despite using almost a whole bottle over about 3 weeks. I've mostly given up on it and gone back to breast milk and sterile water now.
My son had a lot of acne on his face. I used the Mustela water, but to be honest it hasn’t made a difference. I have used Isdin nutratopic pro-amp and it cleared it in a couple of days.

My babies skin was fine before, I started using it to just keep her skin fresh when not having a bath but it seemed to give her spots so I stopped using it xx
