I have a shooting like pain

It’s in the middle and it just feels like a sharp faint cramp or shooting pain worse when I move yes but even if I lay still.Dont know I’m just scared since last time ending up in A&E bleeding like a tap.
I’ve had this on and off since about 16 weeks I’m now 18, when I spoke to my midwife she said it could be PGP or even possibly the baby laying/moving around a nerve. It definitely reassured me. If you’re worried it’s always best to reach out to GP/Midwife x

Is the pain in the middle or to the sides? If it's the side could be round ligament pain as they is very sharp and shooting, usually happens when you move too quickly, sneeze, stretch a bit more than usual?
