EFW and actual weight at birth

To all you ladies that have already had baby this month - what was your latest EFW in comparison to baby’s actual weight at birth? I had a growth scan at 36 weeks with NHS and EFW was 6lb11oz. I had a private scan at 37+6weeks with an EFW of 6lb14. Had another growth scan with the NHS today at 39 weeks and EFW is 8lb3oz. (Just for context my partner is in the Royal Navy and only got home 10 days ago, hence the private scan so close to NHS scans. Also I had suspected polyhydramnios which is why I have had more regular growth scans to monitor but it’s only ever been borderline and completely normal today). I know it is all very subjective and it’s generally +/-20% and also depends on the sonographer etc but I just wanted to see what others experience is with this. I trust the private scan sonographer more than the NHS scans as I’ve been to her 3 times and she has 25 years of experience and incredibly thorough with information during the scans. I also work for the NHS and have found the maternity unit where I am to be quite inadequate. I just don’t feel like I currently have an 8 pounder in my tummy 😂 Thanks in advance ☺️
