@Ally I've tried wrapping her up and snuggling her with her dummy as well but she spits it out 😫 it's the only time she refuses a dummy to calm down it's madness
Am also going through this with my girl. Even dressing her she will be screaming. Sometimes her father thinks because I am not playing with her that's why she is crying.
My LG is like this after the bath as well. We bathed her this evening and had a towel out of the dryer for her to get straight into (made sure it wasn’t too hot), we made sure she was mostly dry before leaving the bathroom and wrapped her sleep suit around a warm water bottle so it was warm for her to get into. I actually avoid moisturising her (whole body) straight after the bath now as when she cries it wakes her up more and is impossible to get her to sleep for a while after. She didn’t start moaning till she was half dressed already which is better than the screaming that she does instantly when wrapped in the towel. Is there any noises your baby gets distracted by? I make noises to her to distract her from crying and by the time she is dressed she’s better. Music too, a bit of AC/DC stopped her meltdown 😂
My little boy is nearly 10months now and he still does this. Trying to put baby powder, sudocream and a nappy on then the baby grow is truly awful. Like you ive tried everything and its NO better at all. Changing a nappy is a battle during the day when he has to be laid down its a screaming match.... All I can say is have a bunch of 'stuff' i have a bag of revels, empty wipes packet, nappy bag, sponge ect to keep him busy whilst i try get him finished off. I hope it gets better for you mama hang in there 🩵🩵🩵
My boy hates getting out the bath, I have to wrap him like a burrito and give him his dummy it's the only way to stop him crying
