Best adult nappies!

Asda and Lidl brand adult nappies worked well for me. In terms of maternity pads depends on how heavy your bleeding. For heavy flow I would use Always incontinence bladder long ones. I found a lot of maternity pads were actually really thin and narrow and result in leaking 🥴 definitely get the disposable ones for the first 2 weeks while your bleeding is heavy

I just used tescos own ones and they did the job! Cheap and cheerful 🤣 x

I had some always ones, super comfy, I went through 3 packs and wished I had more
