Cradle cap

Any tips to help with cradle cap? We’ve been using coconut oil and a soft brush but it doesn’t seem to be clearing it up - been there since last week. Is there anything else I can try before going to GP?

Try breastfeeding milk and coconut massage and then brush. It works for my LO

I just started using shampoo every bath when she had enough hair and continued with coconut oil every morning and night x

Coconut oil makes it worse, I was thinking of putting it on my little one when he had it but it will make it worse. I bought the frida cradle cap brush and used mustela shampoo. It went within a few days. My son had it bad as well. Best thing is to not moisturise it at all, and just take care of it during bath time. You’ll see it gone within a few days x

My little one had really bad cradle cap and we used baby shampoo 3x a week, baby moisturiser every night and baby oil and it cleared it up really well and quickly x

I used dentinox cradle cap shampoo (bought from asda) used it 3 times and it’s all gone! I now use it once a week to stop it coming back

@Lauryn we started using this yesterday so only used it yesterday and this morning and oh my god the difference is incredible, it’s almost all cleared up!! x

@Jen it is fab stuff! I have a little soft brush I use when it’s on and she loves it 😂 cleared it up really quickly ☺️
