Bouncer for sure!
My baby hated our bouncer and spent more time in the swing, it’s all baby preference unfortunately and you won’t know which they like or tolerate until they are here! Maybe try to get a hand-me-down or like of FB marketplace so you don’t spend too much in case they don’t like it
We have a bouncer and my baby doesn't bouncer herself but likes to be bounced. I's more of a seat that she's nearly out of now. Either would be alright, some babies don't liked to be swung and some babies do and others like to be bounced.

We have the bouncer swing combo gifted and it honestly was the best thing
I liked the bouncer because I could easily move it around the house. ***I'll second that neither is safe to allow infants to sleep in. It's a major risk for positional asphyxiation, as is leaving them to sleep in their car seats outside of the car.
Tbh I had both and he hated the swing but loved the bouncer he still tries to crawl up in the bouncers at daycare
